Session Presenter

Hannah Senior
Hannah is passionate about providing all young people with equal opportunities and believes that developing essential skills is the most effective way of achieving that aim.
Whilst teaching in a highly disadvantaged area on the Teach First Leadership Development programme, she conducted Oxbridge interviews with Year 13 students. There she observed a clear gap in students’ ability to present ideas clearly, to solve problems creatively and to apply critical thinking. This motivated Hannah to bring greater equality of opportunity for young people.
She now works in the Organisations team at Skills Builder Partnership, working with organisations in the Careers & Employability and Parents & Community sectors to support them to develop their essential skills provision to ensure the greatest impact for the young people they work with.
