Ages 5-8

Let your imaginations loose and take an adventure on a pirate ship, as we bring the magical story and characters of Peter Pan to life in this exciting drama workshop for 5 to 8-year-olds. Feel free to grab your fairy wings or pirate patches and come dressed ready to step into this glorious tale. Creative play is facilitated and stagecraft is sprinkled throughout this session to help build confidence and enhance creative expression.

Tolethorpe Youth Drama offers a full, immersive, year-long programme of classes, workshops, productions and festivals. Children and young people are trained in and exposed to all aspects of Drama, Theatre-Making, and Performing Arts. As an integral part of the renowned Stamford Shakespeare Company, TYD benefits from its association with the company and its incredible facilities, including the six hundred seat open air Rutland Theatre. Rachel Lewin and Mary Benzies, part of TYD’s teaching team, bring a background in the professional industry and extensive experience in their craft. They are delighted to be leading two exciting workshops as part of the online festival.
