Natalie provides specialist support and advice to families of children with high learning potential. She became involved with Potential Plus UK in 2011 after being asked to deliver French sessions for the Greater Manchester Explorers Club. Natalie then quickly realised that she had at least one child all of her own with high learning potential! Her background is in Early Years and language teaching. Natalie presented the introduction to high learning potential session which is available as a video blog on this website and will be acting as a host during the festival....

Andrea Anguera has a masters in the psychology of education and is the Senior Assessor for Potential Plus UK. She also provides training for parents and professionals and has worked with children and families for 20 years. She has two children with high learning potential, both of them with dual or multiple exceptionality. Andrea will be acting as a host and running a session for parents on Executive Function Skills during the festival...

Catherine is Potential Plus UK's Online Community Enabler. She is the organiser of our popular online vPlus Community Events and the vPlus Festival. She worked in education for 9 years including teaching at a primary school for 3 of them, where in particular she enjoyed sharing her love of books, history and music. Following a foray into heritage and museum learning, she worked at Bletchley Park for 4 years, beginning as Online Safety Learning Officer before becoming Learning Manager for children, schools and families. Catherine is currently indulging her fascination for all things 1940s by studying for a Masters in Second World War Studies. Rebecca Howell is Potential Plus UK’s Senior Education Consultant. She leads various aspects of the organisation, including oversight of the assessment and advice services. She is passionate about leadership and developing new services to support members. With a background in educational leadership, she has 3 children with high learning potential/dual or multiple exceptionality. Rebecca will be running parent sessions and discussion groups and acting as a host during the festival....

After graduating from university in German and Business Studies, Julie gained her Diploma in Marketing and worked for a multi-national company in Hamburg and then Milton Keynes. Following a career break to raise her family, Julie returned to work in the third sector in 2000 and joined Potential Plus UK in 2005. As well as speaking regularly at UK conferences, Julie has presented at numerous World Conferences for Gifted and Talented Children, as well as at ECHA (European Council for High Ability) and for Global and Gifted.
